NEWS: Our W[H]EINO LOUNGE is open for drinks until 4:30 p.m. (closed on Sundays). For après-ski and dinner, head to the Almrausch.

Room availability:  Arrival from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. / Departure by 10:00 a.m.
Apartments:   Arrival from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (please state your approximate arrival time) - Departure by 9:30 a.m.

Early check-in:  upon request, from CHF 20 per person.
Late check-in/out:  upon request, from CHF 20 per person.

Weekend surcharge:  depending on the season, from Friday to Sunday: CHF 10 to 20 per day/person.  Our guests can conveniently purchase

ski passes directly at the Hotel Cresta as a special service. Please note: We only accept CASH PAYMENTS for ski passes in CHF or EURO, according to the current cable car price list. This way, you can start your first day of skiing stress-free and avoid waiting at the counter. All current information about the winter season – in the Ischgl/Samnaun ski area – can be found on the tourism website: www.samnaun.ch

Our extensive breakfast buffet (daily from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.) gives you plenty of energy for a good start to an unforgettable day.

Half board bookings enjoy the evening menu at Almrausch.

Free ski or local bus connection directly from the hotel  to the cable cars and/or to Samnaun village.   Convenient  SKI-OUT via the Alp Trida - Laret valley run (Duty Free Run 60/61)  to the hotel or to the Almrausch adventure restaurant.

For  SUMMER BOOKINGS  , the Samnaun/Ischgl cable cars and the  Alpenquell adventure pool, 150m away, are included in the price.

Dogs  are only allowed on request and must be confirmed: We charge CHF 10.00 to CHF 20.00 per dog and day. Dirt, property damage, etc. are charged separately.

Parking space:  CHF 10.00 per day
Underground parking space:  (100m away, heated) CHF 20.00 per day

For apartments only:  Bed linen and towels are provided once per person, but are not changed. No kitchen linen. Please leave the apartment swept clean on your departure day. For more serious soiling, we will charge a surcharge of at least CHF 50.00 to CHF 100.00 (depending on the additional cleaning effort). The mandatory final cleaning fee ranges from CHF 90.00 to CHF 160.00, depending on the apartment. An intermediate cleaning with linen change is available upon request for CHF 80.00.

Payment methods: Cash in CHF or euros. We accept Mastercard, Visa, EC, and Postcard on hotel bills. We do not accept credit cards on apartment bills. All card payments are charged in CHF, and we use DCC (Dynamic Cash Control) for your euro conversion . You can also pay the entire amount in advance to our bank account (no later than 10 days before your arrival).

Deposit: To fully confirm your reservation, we ask you to transfer the requested amount to our bank account within 5 days of booking. For EURO deposits (SEPA fee-free), please use the same deposit amount as in CHF; the EURO deposit will then be deducted from your total bill at the current exchange rate .

Cancellation policy Hotel Winter:

Cancellations are only valid in writing.
For cancellations received up to 30 days before the start of your vacation, we charge a flat-rate processing fee of CHF 100 per person.

Cancellations and changes to bookings made less than 30 days before arrival date will be charged 100% of the booking price.

In case of late arrival and/or early departure, or if the room cannot be rebooked, we will charge the full price of the arrangement. Otherwise, the general terms and conditions of the Swiss Hotel Association apply. Separate cancellation conditions apply to group bookings.

Cancellation policy for Apartments Winter:

Cancellations are only valid in writing.
For cancellations received up to 60 days before the start of your stay, we will charge 50% of the total price or a processing fee of CHF 100.00 per person if the apartment can be re-rented for the full period.
Cancellations and booking changes received less than 60 days before the arrival date will be charged 100% of the booking price if the apartment cannot be re-rented.

In case of late arrival and/or early departure, or if the room cannot be re-booked, we will charge the full price of the arrangement. Otherwise, the general terms and conditions of the Swiss Hotel Association apply.

For cancellations received up to 60 days before the start of your stay, we will charge a processing fee of CHF 100 per person as a flat rate if the rooms can be re-booked for the full period. Cancellations and booking changes made up to 30 days before the arrival date will be charged at 50% of the booking price. For cancellations and booking changes made less than 30 days before the start of your stay, we will charge 100% of the total package price. In the event of late arrival and/or early departure, or if the rooms cannot be re-booked, we will charge the full package price. Otherwise, the general terms and conditions of the Swiss Hotel Industry apply. Separate cancellation conditions apply to group bookings.

Cancellation policy for hotels and apartments in summer:

Cancellations are only valid in writing.
Cancellations up to 7 days before the start of the holiday are free of charge.

Cancellations and changes to bookings made less than 7 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total arrangement price.

In case of late arrival and/or early departure, or if the room cannot be re-booked, we will charge the full price of the arrangement. Otherwise, the general terms and conditions of the Swiss Hotel Association apply.

Travel cancellation insurance: We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to protect you against cancellation fees. This insurance can be purchased through many private home contents insurance providers (TCS Switzerland includes this), at any travel agency, or at www.europaeische.at .
